# Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Same Day Appliance Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
## Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us before the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
## Non-Refundable Fees
Diagnostic and service call fees are non-refundable once a technician has arrived and completed the inspection or diagnosis.
## Refund Eligibility
Refunds for repairs or replacement parts will only be considered if:
* The issue was not resolved due to our workmanship.
* The approved repair was not completed.
* A duplicate charge occurred.
## Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the service date.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
## Parts & Special Orders
Parts ordered specifically for a customer may be non-refundable once purchased or installed unless covered under warranty.
## Warranty Service Visits
If a return visit is required under warranty, we will schedule a technician at no additional labor charge for the covered repair issue.
## Refund Denial
Same Day Appliance Care reserves the right to deny refund requests involving:
* Appliance misuse
* Unrelated appliance failures
* Tampering or unauthorized repairs
* Customer-caused damage after service completion
